The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa Cultural Affairs Section dedicate itself in presenting, developing, nurturing, creating, preserving and promoting a high quality programs and services that strengthen cultural and artistic values. It would mold talents who are not only active, independent, disciplined, creative but dedicated and service oriented individuals.
