Post Valentine's Show

Ms. Rubie L. Trangia (left) and Ms. Lily G Jarata (right), singing "I Will Always Love You" as a tribute to the late Whitney Houston.

Spearheaded by the University administration and coordinated by the Cultural Affairs Section, the Post Valentine's Show last February 17, 2012 was a huge success. The program started at 5 in the afternoon and ended after almost an hour and a half. The program showcased different presentation from our very own Cultural groups namely: PLMun Khorale, Kwerdas, Kasibulan, Krewzada and Kalinangan Dance Troupe.

The PLMun covered court was jam-packed with audience including the admins,  our University President, Dr. Fe Nazareno - Martinez and Vice - President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Artemio B. Marcial. We were also joined by the deans; Dr. Marinay  of CCJ and Engr. Dumag of CITCS, and professors from different colleges.

BeaTalent - a group of talented young individuals who have started in show business was one of the show's highlight. They performed a dance number which gained the crowd's attention and livened up the mood of the audience.

The crowd's cheer didn't die away from start to finish when Ms. Trangia and Ms. Jarata started singing on stage. They performed Whitney Houston's trademark song, "I Will Always Love You" as a tribute to the singer who just past away recently.

All in all, it has been truly successful. There were flaws before and during the program, but those were given immediate attention so the program still ran smoothly.
